The Trinsic Beacon - An Overview

The Trinsic Beacon is one of Sosaria's most popular newspapers, featuring a wide range of articles starting with politics and the security of the realm and ending with fashion tips and the infamous Hor(r)o(r)scopes that are bound to drive the fear of the future into you. In addition to the paper itself, the Beacon staff works hard to bring culture and learning to the citizens of the Duchy, offering a stage for events, a public library and various other services.

To learn more about the Beacon, simply choose from the Beacon section on the left. 'Tell the Beacon' allows you to send us ideas for articles, invitations and advertisements you would like us to publish, letters to the paper or its reporters or images from your events. 'Read the Beacon' will send you towards the Duchy message board, where the Trinsic Beacon is posted. So, don't be shy, let us know about your ideas and events - we look forward to reading your submissions.

The Trinsic Beacon Campus is a building in the woods west of Trinsic Western Gate, south of the Queensroad. Here the library and the public stage and event room can be found, as well as the main Beacon office.

The easiest way to reach the Beacon Campus is to start at Trinsic's West Gate and to follow the city wall to the south. Do not cross the river but head westwards, with the river just in sight to the south. You will reach the building after just a short walk.
