Leases and Investments in Trinsic
The following is the list of Trinsic stores and businesses that can be leased or invested in. In order to lease a shop speak to the current mayor of Trinsic. Please note that only citizens of Trinsic may lease a shop. Foreigners are not able to do so, but may use one of the Trinsic banks to invest into one of the stores in Trinsic.
In the face of frequent attacks led by the New Order, the citizens of the Duchy have mostly retreated into the City of Trinsic itself, leaving the ressources and chances buried in the vast lands of the Duchy largely untouched. However, trade within the safety of the massive walls is picking up and, though hindered by plagues and ailments, new crafters and traders have arrived to see to their trades. The newly formed trade organisation is still seeking capable leaders to decide its fate, though single merchants are making a name for themselves. Overall, the Duchy is recovering from a depressing and, if supported by the citizenry, will continue to better times.

How do I lease a shop?
Only members of the Duchy can lease shops. Simply log into the website and if the lease you are looking for is available, there will be a button on display in the list above. Simply press it and send your application to the mayor.
How do I invest into a shop?
Investments are available to foreigners as well as citizens of the Duchy. Find one of the banks in the list above and check if it is currently leased. If so, then contact the leaseholder in Trinsic to arrange the details and terms of your investment.
How is the payout calculated?
The amount of gold that you recieve at the end of the lease period depends on a number of factors. These can be sorted into two groups: the first is activity of the leaseholder and the amount of time that they invest into their business and other trade-related activities (also staff members) while the second group includes the overal economic situation in Trinsic and the activity of the trade organisation. The exact calculation remains hidden, to not spoil the IC feeling of the system. All indicators will be set by the Mayor of Trinsic or its staff members.
